关天嘉，1987年生，籍贯北京市，卫生健康管理政策学院研究员，博士生导师，流行病与卫生统计学方向，主要研究领域为环境流行病学。分别在2009年、2014年获北京大学环境科学学士、博士学位，从事环境健康研究。2014年08月进入北京协和医学院公共卫生学院，为助理研究员。2018年为副研究员。

主要研究领域为环境健康，重点关注空气污染及气候变化的暴露评估、健康风险分析及政策评估等方向。
